Returns

 

We want you to love your Nuffinz and believe you shouldn't buy things you don't need or won't use. That's why we offer a return policy of up to 100 days after purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition. This means that returned items must not have been worn, altered, or damaged and must include all original packaging and tags.

We cannot automatically offset one item against another, so direct exchanges are unfortunately not possible. However, you can check the online store to see if the item is still available in the appropriate size or color. You can then simply order it again and send the other item back to us.

If you have received a faulty product from us, please write to us using the contact form below - preferably with a photo of the defect or damage. We will then find a pragmatic solution.

Otherwise, we ask you to return the product(s) - and this is how it works:

Please print out the return form, fill it out completely, and enclose it with your package.

1. Use the following links to create your personal return label:

Enter your details into the online form, and you will receive an email with your return label shortly after. In the "Order number" field, please enter your customer or order number (you can find it on the order confirmation). Print the label and stick it on the package (preferably in the original packaging to avoid transport damage). Please use our free option and do not return your product on your own!

If you are from another country, please contact us and we will find an individual solution.


2. Return your package with the return label (this is the only way to return the product free of charge) and keep the deposit slip in a safe place. This serves as proof of return in case your package gets lost on its way to us.
