Do I need to create an account to make an order?
No, you will only have to fill in your contact and shipping details during checkout.

When will my order ship?
We aim to ship your items to you the next business day if possible but sometimes orders can take a little longer (1-3 business days). You will receive an email letting you know as soon as your items have shipped that includes a tracking number.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major cards including Visa, Mastercard and Amex. You can also pay through PayPal or with Apple Pay if you prefer.

Is it safe to order online?
Our website is verified as SSL-encrypted, which ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private. Furthermore, all credit card payments are processed via the global payment provider Stripe. We also accept payments via PayPal and Apple Pay.

What currency are your prices in?
All purchases are charged in EUR or USD. The desired currency can be selected in the top menu.

How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are and which shipping method you choose. Standard shipping normally takes anything from 4 - 7 days after shipment while DHL Express normally delivers worldwide in 1-3 days. Please see relevant estimated delivery times for your area at checkout

What shipping carriers do you use?
We use DHL Express/Deutsche Post or Österreichische Post for all our shipments.

How can I get free shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over 100€ or 110 USD.

How can I track my order?
You can track your order using the order tracking number received via email. However, it normally takes 24 hours before our shipping provider will register the tracking number on their website. Please note that once the order has been shipped we are at the mercy of our transport provider and any inquiries into late arrivals should first and foremost go to the postal provider or their partners.

Will I have to pay customs tax on an international order?
International customers are solely responsible for payment of all duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These additional fees are not included in the cost of shipping, and we are not able to provide estimates of what this amount may be for a specific order or item. Please note all orders are shipped from Austria.

Do you offer returns?
Of course! We believe that one should only buy products they will use, That is why we offer free returns for up to 14 days after purchase. Items must be returnable in original condition.
